ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
As a Project Administrator you will professionally engage with Project Managers, project staff, clients and other stakeholders, providing crucial administrative support in the delivery of our projects.
Key responsibilities for this position will include the following:
- Coordinating site activities in conjunction with managers and engineers.
- Checking and approving supplier and subcontractor invoices prior to payment.
- Supporting the administration of project contracts.
- Assisting staff with expense claims and end of month requirements.
ABOUT YOU
We are looking for an individual who is able to manage a range of responsibilities to support the successful delivery of multiple diverse and exciting projects.
To be considered for this position you will need the following:
- Previous project-based experience and a strong understanding of the project life-cycle.
- A high level of computer literacy and proficiency using Microsoft Office .
- Strong attention to detail and an ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- A friendly, organised and professional demeanour.
