Bid Administrator Opportunity:

We're seeking a proactive, detail-focused Bid Administrator to join our Maintenance team.

This role is central to how we win work, tender submissions, content development, and ensuring every proposal reflects the quality, consistency, and professionalism that defines Solutions Plus. It's a rewarding role for someone who thrives on communication, organisation, and creative storytelling.

What You'll Be Doing:

Tender Coordination & Support

• Working closely alongside and supporting our Bid coordinator.

• Review tender documents, identify key requirements, and manage compliance checklists to ensure submissions meet all criteria.

• Liaise with estimators, , account managers, and leadership to gather technical input, project data, and supporting documentation.

• Prepare submission returnable schedules, supporting content , keeping the process on track.

• Maintain accuracy, consistency, and alignment with Solutions Plus brand standards.

Content Creation & Brand Communication

• Write, edit, and proofread content for tenders, EOIs, and capability documents, ensuring tone, clarity, and value alignment with the Solutions Plus brand.

• Craft compelling narratives that communicate our experience, innovation, and track record across multiple disciplines.

• Maintain and continually improve a library of project profiles, team bios, case studies, and templates.

• Collaborate with marketing and design to produce visually engaging, well-structured submissions.

• Support with the development of presentations, brochures, and post-tender collateral.

Process Improvement & Collaboration

• Contribute to the ongoing improvement of bid processes, templates, and internal communication workflows.

• Support lessons-learned sessions and drive improvements in bid strategy and team collaboration.

• Coordinate with other divisions (civil, landscape, sports turf) to ensure integrated, multi-disciplinary submissions.

• Work closely with the Bid team to ensure cost and technical information aligns with proposal narratives.

What We'll Need From You:

Essential:

• 1+ years' experience within a Bid team environment, proposal writing, or marketing within the maintenance, asset management, or professional services sectors.

• Strong written communication and editing skills, able to translate technical detail into clear, persuasive content.

• Excellent organisation and time management, with the ability to handle multiple deadlines simultaneously.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe InDesign (or similar design software).

• High attention to detail with strong proofreading and formatting ability.

• A collaborative, proactive mindset and confidence engaging with people across all levels of the business.

Desirable:

• Exposure to landscape maintenance tenders.

• Familiarity with government and local council procurement processes.

• Qualifications in communications, marketing, business administration, or related fields.
