About the Team

You'll join Consunet's Growth and Bid Team, a dynamic group dedicated to driving strategic business development through high quality, timely and compelling submissions. The team thrives on collaboration, expertise and innovation, working closely across disciplines to deliver solutions that reflect Consunet's values and capabilities. About the Role

As our Bid and Tender Support Officer, you will coordinate and contribute to the delivery of timely, compliant and high-quality bid submissions. You will work with subject matter experts and stakeholders to manage proposal timelines, align content and ensure consistency in messaging and presentation. This role is suited to someone with a background in administration, project coordination or business support who is ready to step into a strategic, fast paced environment. Your contributions will directly enable Consunet's growth and global expansion, while offering scope for leadership, collaboration and continuous improvement.

What You'll Do

We're seeking a detail-oriented professional to support and grow within our bid coordination function, contributing to strategic outcomes in a fast-paced environment. You Will:

  • Coordinate calendars, meetings and communications to keep bid activities on track and support continuous improvement
  • Track deadlines and partner with internal teams to secure timely, consistent inputs
  • Prepare, format and refine bid documents, maintaining up to date templates and credentials
  • Monitor tender portals, track pipeline activity and ensure opportunity visibility
  • Uphold compliance, quality and brand standards across all submissions

What You'll Bring

We are seeking a proactive and detail-driven professional who is ready to contribute to strategic bid success and grow within a collaborative team. You will bring:

  • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, persuasive and compliant bid content
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the capability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with precision
  • Confident interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills, with a collaborative approach to working across teams and disciplines
  • High attention to detail and a proactive mindset to ensure compliance, quality and consistency in all submissions
  • Experience in bid coordination, tender processes or project support, ideally within technology, software or defence sectors
  • Familiarity with tender portals, bid tracking tools and government submission frameworks (such as ASDEFCON)
  • A growth-oriented mindset, embracing continuous improvement and professional development

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
