Role Overview

As our Bid Writer, you'll play a pivotal role in crafting winning submissions for countrywide tenders, whilst collaborating with our technical teams, project managers, and leadership to translate complex engineering solutions into clear, persuasive proposals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and write high-quality bid responses and capability statements
  • Interpret tender documentation and align responses with client requirements
  • Coordinate input from subject matter experts and stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with bid criteria, formatting, and deadlines
  • Maintain and update bid libraries and templates

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in bid writing, ideally within the major project space.
  • Exceptional written communication and editing skills
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work under pressure
  • Strong understanding of tendering processes and government procurement
  • Collaborative mindset and attention to detail
