Densford Civil is a well-known civil construction leader operating in Western Australia for over 30 years. A family-owned business, we pride ourselves on completing projects the whole team can be proud of.

Currently located in Osborne Park, we have an exciting new office under construction that will see us relocate to O'Connor mid-2026. With these upcoming changes, we are seeking to expand our amazing Admin team

We are searching for a Reception Administrator who is looking for a full time role, working Monday to Friday, 8.30am-4.30pm or 9am-5pm.

This entry level role combines reception duties with heavy administrative support to all teams within the business.

Duties will include assisting with the following:

  • Managing high volume company email inbox
  • Meet and greet clients and visitors
  • Answer all incoming calls and assist with enquires
  • Maintain office supplies and staff amenities
  • Overflow data entry of AP invoices
  • Assist HR with onboarding new employees
  • Execute weekly reporting on equipment usage
  • Additional Adhoc Admin Tasks ie; Printing, Laminating, Banking and Mail ect

Essential Qualifications / Skills:

  • Administration/Reception experience or 1 year or less
  • Minimum 'C' Class driver's license, with own car
  • Must be confident in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Good communication and phone manner
  • Ability to work both autonomously and within a team environment
  • Pass all medicals / Drug and Alcohol testing
  • Reliable, Motivated and Punctual
  • Unrestricted work rights required
