This manufacturing company has global reputation for developing high quality, sustainable and innovative systems and is looking for a contracts administrator to join their expanding project team based in Western Sydney on a Permanent basis
**Your new role**
- Ensure contract requirements and documents are met
- Set up project budgets, scheduling of materials, labour and planning with our in house construction management team
- Liaising with sub-contractors and suppliers to facilitate the timely execution of their responsibilities
- Identify variations to contracts
- Monitor project cost, cash flow and prepare forecast
- Processing invoices and progress payments
- Negotiating with sub-contractors and suppliers
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Knowledge and experience in Construction OR Engineering is a must
- Minimum 5 years experience as a contracts admin
- Previous experience in project based contract and financial administration on development
- Strong technical understanding of construction methodology
- Strong time management and organisation skills
- A committed and motivated attitude
