We're looking for a performance-driven store manager to lead the team, ensuring top-quality service and operational excellence.

Permanent Part-Time role hrs/wk, Wed–Sun evenings).

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead 5 shifts/week, ensuring smooth operations, team coordination, and quality control.
  • Stock Management: Order stock, prevent shortages, and keep tight control on waste.
  • Daily Numbers: Submit accurate daily reports, tracking sales and operational metrics.
  • Roster Management: Build and manage the weekly roster, organise coverage promptly where necessary.
  • Team Development: Support training and performance improvement for the team. Improve/update training courses, checklists and procedures as required.
  • Lead by example, upholding company standards and customer service excellence.

Who We're Looking For

  • A motivated leader with previous experience in hospitality or retail management.
  • Systems-minded: Works best with clear procedures; maintains checklists, stock levels, and rosters without reminders.
  • Performance-focused: Comfortable working with KPIs and striving for continuous improvement.
  • Available to work weekends and evenings (Wed–Sun).
  • Positive, energetic, and ready to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
