About Our Client

About the Role

As the Store Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of a high-traffic retail pharmacy. You'll be responsible for managing stock levels, motivating and leading a team, and ensuring compliance with company standards and policies. This role requires a proactive and customer-centric leader who can optimise store performance and deliver outstanding service.

What You Will Do

  • Lead and manage a dedicated team, ensuring high standards of customer service.
  • Oversee inventory management, stock control, and ordering to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Drive sales through effective merchandising and promotions.
  • Ensure the store meets health, safety, and regulatory standards.
  • Manage budgets, analyse store performance, and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Train, develop, and motivate staff to reach their full potential.
