Flannerys Mona Vale are on the lookout for a passionate and customer-centric Retail Assistant (Fresh Produce) to join our vibrant team on a permanent full-time basis - commencing in October, 2025.

If you're an all-rounder who has an excellent eye for detail and a passion towards delivering amazing service, primary in the fresh produce section, this could be just the role for you

The hours? Good question - we are looking for someone to work 5 days per week.

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Exceptional customer service skills - previous retail experience a must
  • Cash handling experience, including working with POS systems
  • Ability to work as a part of a team and individually, across all store departments
  • Positive and teachable attitude
  • Ability to manage inventory and merchandise in-store (some occasional heavy lifting may be required)
  • Flexibility in working arrangements
  • Someone with world-class enthusiasm and initiative (we can't teach that)
