Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Paralegal to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the Legal Department in a broad range of matters including contracts, compliance, intellectual property, and corporate governance. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is passionate about helping a mission-driven company grow responsibly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and manage a variety of contracts, including vendor agreements, NDAs, and partnership agreements, employee agreements.

  • Assist with corporate governance tasks, including maintaining company records, preparing board resolutions, and filing annual reports.

  • Support intellectual property management, including trademark and patent filings, renewals, and monitoring.

  • Conduct legal research and summarize findings for the Legal team.

  • Help ensure compliance with applicable regulations (e.g., consumer protection, privacy laws, e-commerce regulations).

  • Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Operations, HR, Management) to provide timely legal support.

  • Manage and organize legal files, databases, and document management systems.

  • Liaise with outside counsel and regulatory agencies as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program.

  • 2+ years of paralegal experience, preferably in a corporate or in-house legal department.

  • Strong knowledge of contract law, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance.

  • Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and legal document management tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in consumer products, e-commerce, or health & wellness industries, visa submission.

  • Familiarity with privacy regulations
