We are looking for an experienced Paralegal.

Based at our Flagstone office, we are seeking an experienced Paralegal to join our team. As a Paralegal with our firm, you will work alongside our solicitors to provide high-quality legal support to our clients. Uni students studying law are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

* Conducting legal research and analysis.

* Drafting legal documents and correspondence.

* Filing legal documents with courts and administrative agencies.

* Communicating with clients and other parties involved in legal matters.

* Managing case files and deadlines.

* Performing other tasks as needed to support solicitors.

Requirements:

* At least 2 years of experience working as a Paralegal in a law firm setting with experience in Estate Planning and Administration, Family Law and Property and/or currently studying law.

* Strong written and verbal communication skills.

* Proficiency in legal research databases and Microsoft Office Suite.  Leap Legal software knowledge would be an advantage.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Excellent time management and organisational skills.

* Attention to detail and accuracy.

* Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures.

Pay rate for this position is negotiable based on level of experience. We also offer flexible work arrangements for the right applicant.
