Key Responsibilities

  • Keeping member account information accurate and up to date
  • Helping process benefit payments and pension payroll
  • Responding to member enquiries with care and professionalism
  • Supporting daily banking and contribution allocations
  • Assisting with onboarding new members and updating insurance details
  • Learning about compliance and risk in a supportive team environment

Key Requirements

  • A keen eye for detail and a willingness to learn
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Organised and proactive approach to tasks
  • A genuine interest in financial services and helping other

  • RG146 compliance
