Job Summary
HUB24 is hiring a passionate and experienced Team Leader to join our Superannuation Administration team. This is a permanent opportunity based in the Gold Coast with opportunity to work from home 2 to 3 days per week.
In this pivotal role, you'll empower a high-performing team to deliver seamless service experiences, drive operational excellence, and champion continuous improvement. You'll be at the heart of shaping how we support our clients, with the opportunity to influence strategic outcomes and elevate service standards across the business.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily workflows and forward planning for the Super Admin team.
- Promote a culture of service excellence across all communication channels.
- Monitor quality and service standards, ensuring compliance with resolution timeframes.
- Provide regular feedback and performance coaching to team members.
- Implement training and development aligned with business strategies.
- Act as an escalation point for internal issues and client complaints.
- Liaise with trustees, custodians, fund managers, brokers, and internal HUB24 teams.
- Participate in management discussions and contribute to process enhancements.
- Coordinate team projects and assist with client requests.
- Drive continuous improvement in customer/adviser experience and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven experience in team leadership.
- Background in financial services, particularly superannuation.
- Working knowledge of the Acurity system (preferred).
- Strong client service orientation.
- Understanding of domestic financial products and instruments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Tertiary qualification in business, economics, or related discipline (preferred).
- Experience with superannuation and insurance products (preferred).
