Position Overview

Ready to shake up the ordinary and serve up extraordinary? We're on the hunt for a standout Director of Restaurants & Bars to take the rein and turn up the volume at our signature hotspots: Luke's Kitchen, Harper Rooftop Bar, and Wilmot Bar.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in hospitality or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of related experience, with a strong background in managing multiple venues.
  • Proven experience in managing financial performance and driving business growth.
  • Knowledge of the Hospitality Industry (General) Award 2020 and relevant certifications.
