A Temporary, Part time position has become available with an immediate start for an Office reception/Internal Sales Assistant.

This role is for approx. 8 months duration (Parental Leave). Minimum 20 hours per week with flexibility to work around school drop off. Hours will be between 9.00am to 2.30pm Monday to Friday - suitable for a mum at home to work around school drop off.

The position duties will include normal office duties such as answering phones and email, data entry etc. and will also include  internal sales, processing orders received by email, product enquires via phone calls and preparing quotes.

Full training will be given regarding our system and our products. Supervision will be provided for technical issues and quotations.

Reasonable experience on Microsoft products required along with friendly and professional skills in dealing with public and trade either via email/phone or in person in reception.

The business operates in the building and construction industry servicing both small trades, retail sales as well as dealing with large commercial constructions. Located in the Northern suburbs, we are a distribution branch for WA of Australia's leading manufacturer in this product. The Company has been in business for over 50 years and has a strong reputation in the industry. Our clients include some of the largest building material suppliers in Australia.

We are a small crew and are looking for someone who works well in a small team and who is prepared to step in across the board and do whatever needs to be done.
