NBC manufactured products have a presence in all major distribution channels in Australia (grocery, pharmacy, salon, spas and skin clinics).

Due to our continuous growth, we are seeking a Casual Raw Materials Dispenser to join our Compounding and Dispensing Team.

In this position you will:

  • Ensure the efficient and accurate weighing of raw materials.
  • Work from generated pick lists detailing quantities, locations, and material codes.
  • Perform weekly cycle counts and annual stock takes and report any material shortages.
  • Follow all systems, documentation, cleaning & safety protocols.
  • Contribute to the smooth operation of our compounding and dispensing processes.

What we are looking for:

  • A safety-conscious and dependable individual with strong attention to detail.
  • Someone who enjoys working in a collaborative, results-driven environment.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Previous experience in dispensing in GMP manufacturing (cosmetic, food, pharmaceutical) is preferable, but not essential.
