We're seeking a proactive Raw Materials Coordinator to support our CopRice manufacturing operations.

This permanent role offers relocation assistance and the chance to work in a values-driven, innovative environment.

About the Role

This role is critical to ensuring the timely and accurate planning, forecasting, and delivery of ingredients to support production and meet customer expectations. You will manage procurement and logistics for bulk and micro ingredients, coordinate freight, and oversee stock control using SAP.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate timely receipt, inspection, and storage of raw materials
  • Manage stock control and replenishment using SAP
  • Ensure packaging availability for production teams
  • Monitor ingredient supply to prevent shortages
  • Support safety, GMP, and HACCP compliance
  • Prepare monthly reports on logistics and inventory performance

About You

You are detail-oriented, organised, and thrive in a collaborative setting. You bring:

  • 2+ years' experience in manufacturing, logistics, or procurement
  • Strong SAP and Excel skills
  • Knowledge in agriculture, commerce, or business
  • A continuous improvement mindset

Bonus if you have:

  • Qualifications in Manufacturing or Engineering
  • Experience in Stockfeed, Agriculture, or FMCG
  • Project management skills
  • Familiarity with regional operations
