Cater Care Retail (CCR) is a hospitality business that incorporates a mix of Food & Beverage outlets, bars, kiosks, coffee shops and QSR's providing Food & Beverage services to the high street, hospitals and multiple airports throughout Australia. The outlets operate on varying commercial models.

Job Description
The Role:

  • Assist in day-to-day coordination and management of operational activities at Cairns Airport.
  • Develop & manage budgets and track daily, weekly, monthly and annual performance.
  • Identify, recommend and drive continuous improvement opportunities within the food & beverage portfolio to maximise efficiencies and performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including Clients.
  • Support growth strategies and tender submissions tailored to specific location needs.
  • Organise & coordinate the transformation of existing food & beverage outlets and the implementation of new food & beverage outlets with the Cater Care brand standards.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and consumer preferences to proactively adjust the product range, ensuring relevance and customer satisfaction.
  • Responsible for coordinating, obtaining & maintaining all licenses required to meet state & federal regulations and ensure sites are compliant to those regulations.
  • Recruit, train and further develop staff in line with Cater care values.
  • Contribute to developing, reviewing and improving branding and merchandising standards.

Desired Skills And Experience
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Previous experience in multi-site management – in a F&B capacity
  • Previous experience managing within a hospitality environment (preferred)
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • RSA (Can be done on the job)
  • FWHP (Follow Workplace Hygiene Procedures) or FSS (Food Safety Supervisor) Certificate (Can be done on the job)
  • ASIC security pass (apply at time of contract appointment)
  • Access to your own reliable transport (essential)
