Role: Human Resources (Part-Time | Hybrid | Brisbane, QLD)

We are seeking a motivated
Human Resources Specialist
to support our HR operations and workforce analytics team.

This position offers
hybrid flexibility
, with the
first week of training conducted remotely
.

You will assist with HR documentation, employee record management, recruitment coordination, and compliance reporting.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organised, and eager to grow their HR skills in a professional and supportive setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update HR databases, files, and personnel records
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and HR communications
  • Assist in preparing HR reports and compliance documentation
  • Coordinate between departments to ensure smooth HR workflows
  • Manage confidential information with professionalism and care

Qualifications

  • Strong interest or background in HR, business, or administration
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Workspace, or HR software systems
  • Ability to manage priorities and work independently in a hybrid environment
  • Must currently reside in Australia with valid work rights
  • Previous HR experience or a related degree preferred
  • Training provided – entry-level applicants welcome

Work Arrangement & Pay

    AUD $1,000 – $1,200 per week
