• Identify, support and coordinate HR initiatives and projects that deliver business improvement.

Mandatory qualifications and conditions:

• Due to this role having access to sensitive data, a criminal history check will be undertaken prior to appointment to the role.

• Experience in a generalist human resources or an administrative role with HR functions would be highly regarded.

• Ability to make considered decisions that demonstrate and promote consistency across the Rail division, utilising sound judgment for when to escalate issues.

• Experience in building and sustaining relationships to enable the collaborative delivery of customer focused outcomes.

• Pursue opportunities for continuous learning and development to build professional knowledge and understanding of the business.

• Flexible working options are available, with a standard level of service to be maintained by the team on-site and during business hours.
