Our Client is an iconic residential property Developer and Builder, operating across the eastern seaboard of Australia.

Their projects include Housing Communities, Apartments complexes, Housing subdivisions, Townhouse subdivisions and Land subdivisions.

This Senior Development Director role will be responsible for the collation and submission of Development Applications, including liaising with Councils, Designers, Consultants and Stakeholders to expedite obtaining Development Consents.

You will be very experienced in the Development Application and Construction Certificate processes.

You have recent experience in large format projects and love the challenge of maximizing yield and getting the DA in 'record time'.

You are an exceptional negotiator with Councils and related Government Bodies with a proven track record of getting results.

This is a dynamic role with many moving parts and lots of communication with Stakeholders.

You will be part of the talented and experienced Leadership Team who are taking this business to new heights.
