This well-established agency servicing the Macarthur and Bringelly regions is looking for a Senior Property Manager to join their tight-knit, high-performing team. We are seeking a Senior PM/2IC to work closely with this Department Head as their eyes & ears. We are looking for a mother hen, a supportive team player. This is a growing business, there are lots of upcoming expansions as they need the right leaders in place to ensure their high service standards are maintained.

We may consider flexible working hours for working parents.

THE ROLE.

  • Portfolio of properties, Property Tree
  • Conduct property inspections, coordinate maintenance, and oversee lease renewals.
  • Ensure compliance with property legislation and maintain high service standards.
  • Address and resolve client concerns promptly.
  • Deliver timely, accurate reports to landlords.
  • Resolve issues proactively to avoid escalation to NCAT.
  • Delegate to a Property Officer who helps with routines

  • $90,000 - $100,000 (for the higher end you will need to manage more properties)
  • Bonuses paid monthly for keeping portfolio neat & tidy – Extra $5K-$10K per year

THE PERSON.

  • A happy, friendly, positive personality for a fun, carefree team
  • Minimum Property Management expereince 5+ years
  • Class 1 or 2  Real Estate License.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
  • A passion for real estate and delivering exceptional service.
