A day in the life:

  • Working across digital strategy, execution and performance of all digital channels for Ignite Travels suite of brands, with a key focus on achieving enquiry targets and optimizing digital ROI
  • Reporting into the Digital Performance Manager and working with a team of digital coordinators and assistants to deliver marketing activity across our suite of brands

Campaigns 

  • End-to-end ownership of campaign planning & execution, and reporting, ensuring all items are live and in a timely and efficient manner
  • Continuous optimization of campaign activity and spend to ensure the best result possible for our partners

Reporting & Optimization

  • Use of GA4/Google trends etc. to provide insight into daily and weekly digital performance
  • Leverage insights, past performance to suggest new ideas and strategies to drive more enquiry – ownership of these items from end to end

Budget Management/Optimization

  • Maintain and monitor pacing documents in collaboration with business analyst to ensure we are tracking and monitoring spend efficiently
  • Active optimization of budget across campaigns/channels to drive better ROI for the business

Test & Learn

  • Planning end execution of quarterly test and learn plan to strive for continuous improvement across digital channels
  • Collaboration, and development of digital marketing coordinators to run test and foster a test and learn mindset

Who you are:

  • Must have a proven track record in managing performance channels
  • Comfortable with reading and reporting on large volumes of data
  • Confident in Google Ads, Meta Ads, EDMs and GA4
  • Tertiary qualifications in marketing and/or communications will be highly regarded
  • Minimum two years experience managing Facebook and Google campaigns
  • Hands-on experience with analytics and optimization, strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking with high level written and verbal communication
