About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Civil Project Manager who's confident leading from the front, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and knows how to deliver projects safely, on time, and on budget.

This is a leadership role where you'll oversee the full lifecycle of civil construction projects, from tender handover through to practical completion. You'll manage site teams, subcontractors, budgets, programs, and client relationships, ensuring every project meets our high standards for safety, quality, and performance.

You'll be based across various sites in Brisbane, QLD with flexibility to work from our head office in Burleigh Heads when needed. No two days are the same, and that's exactly how we like it.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Manage all aspects of civil projects from tender handover to practical completion.
  • Lead and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Prepare and manage construction programs, contract management, budgets, and cost control.
  • Ensure projects comply with legislation, workplace health & safety (WHS) regulations, and environmental requirements.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and local authorities to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Drive quality control, risk management, and contractual compliance.
  • Conduct regular site visits, audits, project progress and budget reporting.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience managing civil urban & infrastructure projects in Australia.
  • Strong understanding of QLD Transport and Main Roads (TMR), local council specs, and industry standards.
  • Current driver's licence (essential).
  • White Card (Construction Induction).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Proficient in relevant design and project management software.
