BM Webb Industrial Property are looking for an experienced Excavator / Loader Operator to join our civil team. This role is suited to a safety-focused operator who takes pride in maintaining equipment and delivering high-quality work.

Based in Townsville, this role offers work-life balance through day shift operations, operating quality equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Safely and efficiently operate excavators and loaders on active worksites.
  • Perform trenching, bulk earthworks, loading, and material handling tasks.
  • Complete daily pre-start inspections and routine maintenance checks.
  • Assist with general site duties as required.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and WHS requirements at all times.
Essential Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience operating excavators and loaders.
  • Current operator tickets/licence's and Construction White Card.
  • Sound knowledge of safe work practices and site safety standards.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
  • Reliability, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality outcomes.
  • Australian work rights are required for this position.
