The role

Reporting to our Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring service and stock level optimisation for our Regional Fulfilment Centre in Redbank.

What You Will Do

• Perform forecast reviews, monitor service levels, reduce stock outs, manage overstocks, and conduct price point analysis on targeted lines to improve buying opportunities
• Manage the processing of supplier invoices and credit notes, follow up variances and goods received
• Achieve smooth and consistent supply of products by:
• Building strong collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure timely communication with all stakeholders
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve processes

How can I tell if this role is for me?

• Have experience in administration, customer service, inventory management, purchasing, or planning
• Possess intermediate to advanced skills in Excel and MS Office
• Experience with Infor M3, Slim4, or other Inventory Management Systems is desirable
• Have an eye for detail and highly organised
• Exhibit strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively at all levels, especially with our front-line staff
• Demonstrate the ability to manage time effectively
• Thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment whilst enhancing and innovating our processes
• Industry and product knowledge is highly regarded
