Roles & Responsibilities:

Butcher / Meat Department:

  • Prepare, cut, and package meat products
  • Ensure proper storage and hygiene standards
  • Assist customers with meat selection

Cashier:

  • Operate POS systems and handle transactions
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Bag and organize items efficiently

Supervisor / Department Lead:

  • Manage daily department operations and staff
  • Train and support team members
  • Handle customer concerns and maintain store standards

Store Manager:

  • Oversee overall store operations
  • Manage inventory, budgeting and staff
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and compliance

Produce / Vegetable Staff:

  • Stock and organize fresh produce
  • Monitor quality and freshness
  • Assist customers with their selections

General Stock / Shelf Replenishment:

  • Receive, unpack, and shelve goods
  • Rotate stock and monitor inventory
  • Maintain tidy and organized shelves

Backend / Receiving Goods:

  • Inspect and record incoming deliveries
  • Organize and store goods efficiently
  • Assist with inventory management

Requirements:

  • Friendly, reliable, and team-oriented
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
  • Relevant experience preferred for supervisory or specialized roles
  • Physically able for roles requiring lifting or standing for long periods
