Service Manager – Harley Heaven Penrith

We are currently seeking to fill the role of Service Manager at our Harley-Heaven Dealership in Penrith. To be successful in this role you must have a passion for motorcycles and have a genuine interest in mechanics.

About the Role:

Reporting to the Dealer Principal, this position is responsible for all areas of our fast-paced service workshop. You will naturally lead from the front and have a very strong focus on customer service.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Providing prompt, dependable, high-quality service to our customers.
  • Ensuring the service department contributes to the business financially.
  • Maximising productivity levels of our technicians.
  • Ensuring service personnel are well trained.
  • Reviewing work-in-progress to ensure quality and timeliness. · Assisting technicians with difficult repairs as needed.
  • Making estimates for internal and external repairs.
  • Developing procedures in conjunction with the Dealer Principal to ensure a smooth flow of works.
  • Supervising all workshop staff.
  • Maintain service follow-up programs.
  • Growing the volume of service work.
  • Maintaining budgeted revenue and expense objectives.

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • A minimum of 2 years Automotive, Motorcycle or Truck workshop management.
  • Experience in a similar role.
  • Must be an avid motorcyclist with a motorcycle licence.
  • You have great character, great attitude, and great communication skills.
  • You strive to help your dealership team deliver the ultimate Harley-Heaven experience to our customers.
