Our client, a reputable multi-franchise automotive dealership in Sydney's Western suburbs, is actively seeking an experienced and dynamic Service Manager to join their team. As the Service Manager, you will play a vital role in leading and motivating a skilled team of Service Technicians, Service Advisors, Workshop Controller, and more. Your primary focus will be delivering exceptional customer service, driving productivity, and ensuring operational efficiency within the workshop.

**Responsibilities**:

- Leadership: Lead and inspire your team to achieve their full potential. Foster a positive work environment and encourage collaboration among team members.
- Customer Service Excellence: Deliver a superior level of customer service to both internal and external customers. Strive to exceed customer expectations and maintain a high CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) rating.
- Workshop Efficiency: Implement strategies to ensure a high level of productivity and efficiency throughout the workshop operations. Streamline processes and optimize resources to meet targets effectively.

**Requirements**:

- Automotive Industry Experience: Possess a strong mechanical background and in-depth expertise in automotive repairs. Previous experience in a high-volume dealership service department is highly advantageous.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrate excellent leadership and organizational skills. Motivate and guide the team towards achieving common goals.
- Goal-Oriented: Exhibit a strong drive to meet and exceed targets. Take a proactive approach to problem-solving and performance improvement.
- Communication: Communicate effectively and clearly with team members and customers. Show dedication to providing excellent customer service.
- Previous Management Experience: Essential previous experience in a management role, preferably within the automotive industry.
