**So how will we achieve this?**

We need exceptional people to join our team and provide an out of this world experience for our customers. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the management of our in-store sales team to ensure the delivery of an exceptional sales experience. You will assist in leading and motivating the team and managing expectations to deliver a great customer experience.

**Don’t have automotive experience? That’s completely fine because here is what we are looking for**:

- Previous experience in a customer facing role within a direct selling environment
- Previous experience leading and managing a team to foster motivation to deliver a great customer experience
- Someone who understands the importance of providing a “customer first” experience
- Ability to absorb information on our products and provide this product knowledge in service of our customers
- Ability to manage customer complaints and escalations in a timely and professional outcome to ensure the best possible outcome for the customer and the business
- Providing support to the team when required by assisting with test drives, delivery and handover and check in’s with the customer after purchase
