People, Learning and Culture Officer

NoosaCare is seeking a dynamic and people-focused People, Learning and Culture (PLC) Officer to support our workforce strategy and contribute to a positive, values-driven workplace culture.
In this pivotal role, you will lead end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and orientation processes, ensuring new team members feel welcomed, supported, and set up for success. You'll work closely with the PLC General Manager and collaborate across departments to help implement strategic workforce initiatives focused on recruitment, retention, staff development, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and orientation processes
- Support staff retention and recognition programs
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders

- Ensure compliance with employment and visa regulations
About You:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in HR or a related field
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and adaptable
- Passionate about continuous improvement and team culture
