My client is a rapidly growing residential builder with a strong focus on delivering high-quality homes tailored for the investor market. Operating with a lean, collaborative team based in Parramatta, they're known for their agility, consistency, and strong relationships with brokers, buyers' agents, and channel partners across NSW and beyond. With a clear national growth vision and a high-performance culture, they are now looking for a hands-on, emotionally intelligent professional to work directly alongside the CEO to drive execution and help manage external partner relationships.

 
The Role

Channel Sales Coordinator - You'd be the CEO's right hand, attending external meetings with channel partners, handling follow-ups, managing stock requests, and coordinating between sales, operations, and developer relations.

It's a hands-on, fast-paced role with a mix of sales support, project coordination and administrative support. Success will mean keeping things moving quickly, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks, and building strong relationships internally and externally.

Responsibilities:

CEO Partnership & Execution:


• Attend 3-4 external meetings with the CEO weekly with Channel Partners

• Take clear meeting notes and ensure all action items are completed

• Book meetings, confirm attendees, manage logistics (flights, venues, accommodation)

• Drive to in-person meetings with CEO (and interstate as needed) 

• Handle ad-hoc requests from CEO with speed and accuracy
 
Channel Partner Sales Support:

• Support the CEO in building networks through LinkedIn with brokers, property firms and buyer agents to promote the companies brand and service offerings

• Make introductions to these networks through LinkedIn to set up meetings

• Manage all property stock requests from channel partners

• Collaborate with Head of Developer Relations & Ops team to match and package the right House & Land product for each partner

• Ensure all packages are accurate, professional, and delivered on time

• Ensure CRM is fully updated with meeting notes, documents, and partner details
 
Cross-Functional Coordination:

• Liaise with internal teams (Ops Team and Head of Developer Relations) to ensure channel requests are understood and delivered

• Monitor delivery timelines and follow through to resolution

• Escalate blockers or delays to CEO early

In your first 3–6 months, success will look like:

  • Supporting the CEO with meetings and follow-ups with precision and urgency

  • Managing channel partner requests and delivering 100% accurate property brochures

  • Keeping the CRM (Hubspot + Homefront) clean and current

  • Building strong relationships internally to drive outcomes across sales and ops

  • Helping improve internal processes to boost speed, quality and consistency

 
About You

You're a smart, capable and self-driven professional who thrives in fast-paced, high-trust environments. You're emotionally intelligent, able to anticipate needs, and can confidently interact with senior leaders and partners.

You'll ideally bring:

  • 5+ years in Sales Support, Sales Coordination or Operations Support roles

  • Experience working in either Real Estate, Development, Property Marketing or Buying Agents environments

  • Proven experience working in small-to-medium-sized businesses, particularly in roles that provide direct support to Founders or CEOs

  • Comfortable wearing multiple hats - ideally with experience in fast-paced, scaling, or start-up environments

  • Brings strong career ambition, energy, loyalty, and a genuine drive to grow with a business in an exciting stage of expansion
