Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and team. This role is pivotal in amplifying our presence, engaging diverse audiences, and driving the growth of our holistic well-being services.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and deliver marketing strategies aligned with organisational goals.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and trend forecasting.
  • Define target audiences, positioning, and value propositions.
  • Identify growth opportunities, partnerships, and new channels.
  • Prepare marketing plans, budgets, and forecasts in line with strategy.

Brand & Campaigns

  • Build and manage brand identity and consistent messaging.
  • Lead integrated marketing campaigns (digital, events, PR, social).
  • Manage external agencies, partnerships, and sponsorships.
  • Monitor performance, ROI, and optimize based on insights.

Digital & Content

  • Oversee digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social, email, content).
  • Strengthen online presence and drive lead generation.
  • Manage content strategy, PR, and communications.
  • Ensure consistent storytelling across all touchpoints.

Customer & Sales Support

  • Use customer insights to improve engagement and loyalty.
  • Align sales and marketing strategies to support revenue growth.
  • Provide tools, campaigns, and go-to-market strategies for new services.

Leadership & Performance

  • Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering innovation and collaboration.
  • Manage budgets, track KPIs, and report to leadership.
  • Drive adoption of new tools, channels, and marketing innovations.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing &/or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years relevant work experience, including 3 years in a management marketing role.
