The Role

We are seeking a skilled Sales & Service Coordinator who is highly organised, process driven and has a high customer outcome focus for our Motive Power division based in our Carole Park Head Office.  The ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders while keeping aligned with our continuous improvement protocols in a time efficient manner are essential criteria in this pivotal role.

As part of a small but experienced team, the position will be responsible for the day-to-day scheduling of our Service and Battery Build functions for our operations, managing our high-profile customers within the material handling equipment industry. The role will also be responsible for the customers sales and service experience, order management and completing all corresponding admin functions for the branch.

Based out of Carole Park the role will be 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Essential Requirements

  • 2+ yrs experience in general Administration
  • 1+ yrs experience in scheduling and coordinating service / trade work
  • Excellent planning and prioritisation skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient with ERP systems
  • Intermediate – Advanced skills in Microsoft suite
  • Strong computer skills and relationship building ability
