Are you passionate about Customer Service and enjoy building strong, long-lasting relationships with customers? We're looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic sales professional to join our growing team and help bring premium organic fruits and vegetables to more people.

In this role, you'll be at the heart of our business — connecting with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring they receive the best quality produce and service every time.

As our Sales Representative, you will be responsible for maintaining relationships with existing clients while also seeking out new opportunities to grow our customer base. Your day will involve regular communication with customers, managing their orders from start to finish, and ensuring pricing, product information, and service levels meet their expectations. You'll spend time identifying new business prospects, researching potential buyers such as retailers, wholesalers, and hospitality venues, and introducing them to our premium range of organic products.

You'll work closely with our warehouse and operations team to make sure deliveries run smoothly, from confirming stock availability to coordinating logistics. This collaboration ensures that our customers receive their produce on time and in perfect condition.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to bring proven sales experience — ideally within the fresh produce or FMCG industry — and a genuine enthusiasm for sales. You should be confident in communicating and negotiating with customers, highly organised in managing multiple accounts, and detail-oriented when handling pricing and product information. Most importantly, you'll thrive in a fast-paced environment where teamwork and initiative go hand in hand.  This role is hands on and you will become an expert in all aspects of Fresh Produce as you work alongside the operations team at times.
