About the Learning Coordinator role and about you
We have an opportunity for a passionate Learning Coordinator to join our People and Culture team. Reporting to the Learning Partner,
this position will work across allSGCH offices and locations as required.
The Learning Coordinator partners with leaders and team members to provide end to end learning development and support. The role coordinates both face to face and virtual workshops, maintains training records and ensures that all learning processes run smoothly and align with business needs, learner requirements and SGCH values and policies.
To succeed in this role, you will have experience in a learning and development environment, experience working with diverse stakeholders with the ability to influence and motivate others and a passion for driving learning goals, engagement, and collaboration across the business.

- Certificate IV Training and Assessment or Diploma of Event Management (or a willingness to acquire)
- Experience in a fast-paced learning and development environment, proven positive stakeholder engagement, and experience working with diverse communities or teams, with an understanding of Learning best practices.
- Demonstrates strong organisational, time management, customer service, and communication skills, with proficiency in digital tools and platforms used for learning and development.
- Ability to work with a business head and a social heart with self-motivation, compassion and resilience to manage competing priorities and deadlines and multiple stakeholders, to continuously improve, and drive the best outcomes for the business
