A rewarding and worthwhile opportunity exists with Australians Building and Learning Empowerment (ABLE) as an Service Coordinator. ABLE is a disability service provider that delivers rewarding and comprehensive support to NDIS participants.

Due to rapid growth within our business, we are searching for a savvy Service Coordinator to join our team

**About the Opportunity**:
The Service Coordinator role will be responsible for building relationships and engaging with stakeholders for the purposes of building referral pipelines for both prospective staff members and clients, as well as maintaining good relationships with clients and their families. This role reports directly to the director and will assist with administrative tasks, scheduling, business development, client feedback gathering and providing excellent client services.

**Essential Criteria**:

- Excellent phone etiquette
- Must have an empathetic and friendly attitude towards clients
- High degree of organisational skill and attention to detail
- Microsoft Office Skills
- Problem solving Skills

**Experience Required**:

- Experience working independently in a similar type of role
- Knowledge of the NDIS would be preferable
- Proactive attitude and ability to manage multiple competing priorities
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders to resolve concerns and provide assistance

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
