About the Role

To administer operational property functions including lease processing, data maintenance, valuations support, and community leasing coordination.

Reporting to the Coordinator - Operations the core responsibilities include:

  • Drafting lease and licence documentation in accordance with templates and legal standards.
  • Assisting with inspections, property condition assessments, and compliance checks.
  • Supporting community groups with tenancy documentation and enquiries.
  • Providing information internally on property constraints or responsibilities.

About You

  • Hold a Certificate IV or Diploma in Property, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in Property support role.
  • Experience in MS Office products and Technology One Information Management Systems software programs.
  • Experience in local government or other complex organisations is desirable.
