
Receptionist/HR Administration

The Sarin Group are seeking a motivated, friendly and organised individual to undertake the position of Reception/Human Resources Admin based at our Head Office situated at Billy Lights Point, Port Lincoln. This is a fulltime position, and you will be a part of a dynamic fast paced team and will have the opportunity for a long-term position within our Group.
RESPONSIBILITES WILL INCLUDE
Reception
- Undertake company street run daily including collection of mail for the Sarin Group
- Banking for relevant entities
- Distribution of mail to relevant entities and personnel
- Meet and greet guests to the Sarin Group
- Answering of all incoming calls and forward messages
- Printing of invoices on a daily basis
- Manage stationary orders and maintain stationary room
- Manage Head office kitchen & supplies
Human Resources
- Prepare and create HR documentation as requested
- Filing of personnel & payroll documentation
- Assist HR Manager with undertaking Inductions
- Assist in maintaining the HR Data base
Accounts
- Maintain the Purchase order register in liaison with the CFO
- Assist with Account data entry as advised by the Office Manager
- Assist the Office Manager as required
YOUR ATTRIBUTES
- Previous experience in a receptionist position an advantage, not essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Impeccable phone technique
- Strong organisation skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and excel
- Positive can-do attitude
- Drivers licence essential
