An opportunity has become available for an Aftercare Consultant to support the Brisbane BMW. This position you will primarily be responsible for the sale of car care products, lifestyle products, and vehicle accessories to customers whilst upholding the highest of standards of customer satisfaction and service.

As an Aftercare Consultant you will be responsible for but not limited to:

- Providing exemplary service to customers whilst catering for all their car care requirements.
- Actively marketing the range of car care products and services available to customers.
- Preparing complimentary gifts upon delivery to customers.
- Arranging for the installation of any car care products and/or accessories to customer vehicles.
- Being the resident expert for all BMW car care products, lifestyle products, and accessories.
- Ability to learn and understand BMW systems, processes and products.
- Exceptional communication skills both written/verbal.
- Previous experience within the Automotive Industry (Aftercare experience preferred).
- Proficient experience with IT systems (Microsoft Office & ERA experience preferred).
- Customer service and sales focused attitude.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills are a must (100+ customers per month).
