**_ The position:_**

Volvo Cars Brisbane North currently has an opportunity available for an Aftermarket Consultant, responsible for presenting our extensive range of car care products and warranties to customers, highlighting how the products will enhance their vehicle ownership experience. In this role you will work closely with our sales teams, to achieve monthly sales targets defined by the business.
- 12 - 15 month fixed term parental leave contract._

Your duties will include;
- Identify, promote, and develop relationships with customers to optimise quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction.
- Communicate internally and externally using appropriate methods to ensure the fitment of products sold is completed to a high standard within required timelines for customers.
- Respond to and follow up all sales enquiries using appropriate methods.
- Maintain effective customer records.

**Required skills & attributes**:

- Prior experience within a role of similar scope (highly preferred).
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Computer literacy with strong experience using Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Professional personal presentation.
- Current drivers licence.
- Flexibility and willingness to work Saturdays.
- Strong written and verbal communications.
