About the Role

We're seeking an experienced
Dynamics 365 Project Manager/Scrum Master
to lead the migration of a critical Microsoft Dynamics 365 system from on‑premise infrastructure to a secure, scalable cloud environment. This role will be pivotal in ensuring technology investments align with business goals while maintaining continuity of essential services.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Facilitating Agile delivery, including sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, retrospectives, and demos.
  • Leading project planning, milestones, and deliverables for the system uplift.
  • Managing sprint backlogs, estimating work, and supporting team priorities.
  • Coordinating cross‑functional teams (developers, testers, analysts, infrastructure).
  • Maintaining documentation, processes, and quality standards.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a proactive leader with:

  • Strong project management and Agile/Scrum experience.
  • Proven background delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects.
  • Experience with Jira, release management, and testing methodologies.

Highly desirable:

  • Experience with Azure technologies (Cloud‑hosted Dynamics 365, App Registrations, Application Insights, Logic Apps).
  • Knowledge of cloud migration processes.
