The Company

Inspired by Australia's great people and amazing foodie culture, Chobani USA purchased the Gippsland Dairy brand alongside Chobani, to form Chobani Australia in 2011. Flash forward 14 years and Chobani is Australia's #1 yogurt brand, living in the hearts (and tummies) of fans across the country.

The Opportunity

We're on the lookout for an experienced Senior Brand Manager to take the lead in shaping and growing our iconic Gippsland Dairy (GD) yoghurt brand. Specially curated and crafted in a slower and more thoughtful way, Gippsland Dairy is a brand you'll live and breathe as you partner with key stakeholders to develop, manage, and bring our brand strategy to life.

Reporting directly to the General Manager of Marketing, you'll take full ownership of the brand — shaping its future direction, uncovering new growth opportunities, and executing against all elements of the marketing mix to ensure it stays a favourite amongst both customers and consumers. With ambitious growth plans ahead, we're seeking someone with bold ideas, strong commercial acumen, and the energy to challenge convention in order to take this much-loved brand to the next level.

You'll also lead and mentor an Assistant Brand Manager, supporting their development while playing an influential role across the broader marketing team and cross-functional business areas.

What we're looking for:

Ideally to be successful in the role you will have:


• Extensive brand marketing experience within consumer goods, ideally at Senior Brand Manager level


• A strategic mindset with the ability to think long-term, challenge conventions, and bring fresh ideas to the table


• Proven campaign management expertise, underpinned by strong commercial acumen to drive brand growth


• Exceptional stakeholder management skills, able to build strong partnerships internally and with externally


• Collaborative leader with a cross-functional focus, committed to coaching and mentoring others

You'll be
based at our modern Dandenong South office, where you will have access to a 3/2 hybrid working model,
