ABOUT MAXIRON

Established in 2002, Maxiron Group is an award-winning non-bank private mortgage lender dedicated to providing bespoke financial solutions for investors and borrowers across Australia.

At Maxiron, we pride ourselves on delivering tailored commercial lending solutions and exceptional client service. We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our Lending Team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with borrowers and brokers, workshop lending scenarios, and play a pivotal role in driving a successful outcomes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as the primary point of contact for inbound loan inquiries, promote and explain the Maxiron differences
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with borrowers and brokers throughout the lending process.
  • Assess borrower scenarios, collect required documents and determine the feasibility of loan applications
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and efficient lending and settlement process.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing borrower needs and concerns effectively.

PRE-REQUISITES

  • PR or Australian Citizen
  • Minimum experience of 2 to 5 years in banking/ finance / brokering is preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple inquiries simultaneously.
