Great opportunity to bring your proven business/commercial bank credit decisioning to this Top 5 Banking group experiencing strong growth.  This is a non people leadership position across diversified and property clients with debts ranging $5-100m.  You will be part of a NSW & VIC decisioning team, supporting growth of portfolios whilst wnsuring risks are mitigated.   Our client is seeking a dynamic skillset of decisioning and credit coaching to uplift frontline banking credit skills.

To be considered you will need to demonstrate the following:

  • Possess a good 5-7years Australian commercial bank credit decisioning with proven experience ideally in the $20-50m segment exercising a minimum of $10m personal credit delegation
  • Be well versed in decisioning across a diverse range of client industries and various nuances each sector holds
  • Hold strong loan structuring, analysis of complex financials across privately held and listed corporates
  • Be a can do credit risk professional who enjoys working closely with frontline bankers and analysts to achieve growth targets
  • Be an open, honest communicator with strong engagement skills
  • Demonstrate sound judgment & decisioning skills, with a commercial risk approach
