Roll'd is Australia's leading Vietnamese QSR brand with stores here and in New Zealand. We're on a mission to share fresh, fast, and authentic Vietnamese food with the world. As we continue to expand, we're looking for a New Store Opening Coordinator to join our energetic Support Office team and help us bring new stores to life.

The Role

As the New Store Opening Coordinator, you'll be the key driver behind the seamless delivery of our new store builds and launches. Reporting to the National Development Manager, you'll work closely with internal stakeholders, external contractors, franchise partners, and suppliers to ensure every new Roll'd store opens on time, on budget, and ready to thrive.

What You'll Do:

  • Coordinate all aspects of the new store opening process—from build schedules and fit-outs to handover and opening day.
  • Manage project timelines, documentation, and reporting to ensure smooth delivery of each store.
  • Liaise with landlords, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to keep everyone on track.
  • Support franchise partners throughout the opening journey, providing guidance and clear communication.
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards, operational readiness, and workplace safety requirements.

What You'll Bring:

  • Experience in administration and coordination—ideally within retail, hospitality, construction, or property development.
  • Project management skills or qualifications (Cert IV, Diploma, or equivalent experience highly regarded).
  • Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
  • Tech-savvy with confidence in using project tracking tools and MS Office/Google Suite.
