This role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile projects that contribute to the company's continued growth and success.
Your new role
The Project Manager will be responsible for the full governance of assigned projects, including safety, HR/employee relations, cost control, project analysis, and reporting.Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring contractual obligations are met
- Maximising project outcomes and client satisfaction
- Leading project delivery and maintaining strong client relationships
- Contributing to business growth and operational excellence
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Civil Engineering (or similar), be open to travel, and demonstrate a genuine passion for the industry. Key qualifications and experience include:- Proven success in delivering projects on roads (DTMR/TfNSW), mining, and civil infrastructure
- Strong financial management, forecasting, and procurement skills
- Experience in tender methodology, contract management, and dispute resolution
- Ability to lead and motivate multi-skilled teams
- A proactive, safety-focused approach to project delivery
