We're now looking for an experienced, hands-on Practice Manager who's ready to take ownership of day-to-day operations and help drive our next phase of growth.

About the Role

As Practice Manager, you'll be the operational heartbeat of the clinic — ensuring every day runs smoothly, every patient feels valued, and every team member performs at their best.

You'll work closely with the Principal Dentists and lead a talented team of clinicians, dental assistants, and front-of-house staff.

Your goal: to create a high-performing, patient-first environment where excellence is standard — not the exception.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 – $105,000.00 per year
