About Us.

NRG7 has been a leading provider of HVAC product and services. We specialized in providing Heat Pump and Air Conditioning through Government funded programs . Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Junior Technician with HVAC experience to join our technical team. Your experience in Victorian Energy Upgrade Program will be helpful. Our sister company ENEFT manufacture and distribute Heat Pumps throughout Australia. We are in process of designing Air Cons. Repairing small faults and fixing issues related to Heat Pump and AC will be your major role.

Who are we looking for?

This position is for a Technicians, Plumber Apprentice, Electrician Apprentice and Graduate Mechanical Engineers to join our engineering team in Victoria.

What you need to be successful in this role, is as following.

  • Knowledge of HVAC industry.
  • Knowledge of Heat Pump and Air Conditioning system working.
  • Site visit and fixing heat pumps.
  • Knowledge about VEU program and incentives.
  • Select equipment & prepare documentation for submission for approval and liaise with client/consultant on any queries they might have.
  • Coordinating with Chief Engineer in China.

Must have car to visit sites. We reimburse the travel expenses.

Mandarin or Chinese Speaking applicants will be preferred to deal with our factory in China and Chief Engineer in China.

Day to Day Role:

Liaising with Team regarding Heat Pump and Air Conditioner sales.

Coordinating with Team Leader.

Auditing sales and managing record through CRM for VEU program.

Checking with manufacturers about right product suitable to market.

Working on compliance and approvals as per Solar Victoria rebates.
