The Food and Beverage Division of O'Reilly's Rainforest Retreat is busy and dynamic. With a 130 seat dining room, 150 seat café, full service bar, Conference Centre and many spectacular off site locations used as venues for conference groups, weddings and special events, there is an exceptional opportunity to develop and grow with our team.

O'Reilly's is looking for a qualified Senior Sous Chef. This is a tremendous opportunity for anyone who enjoys variety in their work and working in a close knit and dynamic team. Work closely with our Executive Chef as we work towards our 100th year of trade.

The successful candidate will be:

  • Authentic and friendly
  • Calm under pressure
  • Experience leading a team
  • Will adhere to and enforce strict health and hygiene standards
  • A genuine commitment to the trade and our business

O'Reilly's is situated in the beautiful Gold Coast Hinterland in Lamington National Park, a 2 hour drive from Brisbane and 90 minutes from the Gold Coast.
